-In section 21 of the principal Act,- (1) in sub-section (2), after the words “on record” the words “certifying the operation of the amended regulations” shall be inserted and the following restrictive phrase shall be added: - "However, if the amendment made according to sub-section (1) does not appear to be in accordance with this Act and the prevailing law, the office shall mention the same practice and refuse to record the amendment and inform about it." (2) After sub-section (9) the following sub-section (10) has been added - "(10) If anything is mentioned elsewhere in this section, such amendment shall not come into effect unless the office records and informs the company concerned about the amendment made in the regulations in accordance with the sub-section.
